We receive a request for cargo transportation and agree on a transportation contract with the Customer.

We issue freight and customs documents in the country of departure.

We transport the cargo along the agreed route to the destination country.

We deliver the cargo to the customs post or to the recipient if the customs clearance in the destination country is done by us.

Transportation without customs clearance

When ordering automobile transportation without customs clearance, the cargo is delivered to the customs terminal specified by the Customer. The cost of delivering an 80 cubic meter truck with dimensions of 13.5×2.40×2.45 and a cargo weight of up to 21 tons calculated individually. Delivery time is 15−25 days.

Delivery with customs clearance and release of cargo from the warehouse in Moscow
Customs clearance is carried out according to our foreign trade contracts, with the release of cargo and necessary documents (sales contract, invoice) to the customer, on behalf of our Russian legal entity. Delivery time is 18−28 days.

Delivery of consolidated cargo
Price is calculated according to invoices and packing lists, HS codes, country of origin of the goods and weight characteristics of the cargo. The cargo is assembled at our warehouse in the Al Qusais area (Dubai), where weighing, measuring and packaging are carried out. To describe the cargo, it is necessary to provide an invoice and packing list. The cargo is released from the warehouse in Moscow, and if necessary, we can provide:

Sales contract with a company in Russia.
Invoice.

Cargo insurance
As an expeditor, we insure our liability from transportation risks at a rate of $ 500 per 1 cubic meter. Due to this, we recommend our customers to insure the full value of the cargo from transportation risks, as well as risks of total loss or confiscation by government authorities, etc.
